8.1.2.2  Batterypack for ZINTO A 3000 

The connection cable for the ZINTO A 3000 batterypack is 
connected to the spare socket for additional batterypacks on 
the rear of the ZINTO A 3000. 
Further batterypacks are connected to the spare socket on the 
rear of the previous batterypack.  
 

 

Please note charging time in section 11.2. 

 

 

NOTE: 

 

 

 

 

ATTENTION: 
The ZINTO A 1500 and ZINTO A 2000 do not 
have any internal batteries. For correct operation, 
the UPS must be connected to a batterypack!

 

 

 

.2 Rack installation

be used. The ZINTO A series models require a height of 2 
height units (2HU).  
For optimum weight distribution, use the optional ONLINE 
mounting rails (art. no. Rack-Kit) or models for the specific 
cabinet from the rack manufacturer! The UPS system is pref-
erably to be installed in the bottom third of the cabinet while 
paying due attention to the centre of gravity as well an ade-
quate supply of fresh air.

The optional rack kit (art. no. Rack-Kit-ZA800) is to be used for 

rack installation of the ZINTO A 800 and ZINTO A 1000. 

 kit essentially comprises a base plate, a UPS bracket, 

blanking panels for adaptation to a width of 19“ and mounting 
material.
