Cutting Speed
When using complex cut lines the machine may need to be slowed down to achieve perfect cutting and
slitting. The following changes should be made and the design tested before any production jobs take place.
Cutter control can only be accessed when no jobs are running or the machine is paused.
Velocity
Changing the velocity can be achieved using the method outlined below, any changes to this setting will kept
as a default and the user will need to revert back to the original settings afterwards if required.
Acceleration
Changing the acceleration can be achieved using the method outlined below, any changes to this setting will
kept as a default and the user will need to revert back to the original settings afterwards if required.
In cutter control select the user configuration and navigate to the acceleration settings, once selected the
changeable values are available on the right of the screen. Both of these acceleration settings need to be set
to the same value. The default setting is ‘15’ as set by the manufactures.
