Loading Media

The paper path of the media being cut is shown in the diagram above, all unwind and rewind mandrels rotate

in a clockwise direction, both the pinch roller and media feed roller rotate in an anti clockwise

direction. The pinch roller and media feed roller can be lifted and latched so easy feeding of the media can

be accomplished.

Media unwind

Dancer bar

Care must be taken with the dancer rollers, these can be easily damaged if the media becomes loose and the

bars drop to the base of the machine.

When setting the machine up,

the media must be aligned with

the back plate of the rollers,

failure to align the machine

correctly will result in

incorrect alignment whilst

cutting and slitting.
