Keep this pipe at the lowest possible height because once the pump has switched off, the water still in it (the pipe
must be as vertical as possible) will return into the unit. Thus, the higher the pipe, the more the condensation returns,
and gradually causes the floating sensor to operate in a faulty way.
If the drain pipe is connected to a tank connected to a pump, it must be positioned at least 100 millimeters above the
surface of the ceiling to prevent condensation from returning towards the unit when the pump is not operating.
If there are obstructions along the drain pipe, avoid bending the pipe in a U shape (see fig. below), otherwise conden-
sation will certainly stagnate inside. It is advisable to operate as illustrated in the figure, i.e. to move lower and allow
the pipe to proceed along its route with the same downward gradient percentage.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OF THE UNIT INTERIOR
1. Remove the board cover.
2. Insert the wires through from the rear side or bottom, depending on the instal-
lation.
3. Make the connections with reference to the relative wiring diagrams.
4. Fit all the parts back in place.
To insert the wires into the terminal board, press on the relative cavity with a
screwdriver, fit in the stripped wire end and then release the screwdriver. make
sure that everything is firmly fixed.
NOTE: The yellow/green ground wire must be at least 20 mm longer than the
other wires
