CASSETTE INSTALLATION
HOW TO CLEAN THE INTERIOR UNIT
How to install the main part
Ideal for installation in new buildings and false ceilings where these latter are fitted after the actual installation itself.
If the false ceiling is already fitted and consists of panels, one single panel must be removed (600 mm x 600 mm)
along with part of the bearing framework to allow the electric box and other parts larger than the 600x600 size to
pass through.
If the false ceiling is made of plasterboard slabs, make an adequately sized hole to allow the structure and projecting
parts to pass through (Fig. 1).
A. In existing ceilings (must be horizontal)
a. Make a hole slightly larger than the structure to allow the brackets and electric box to pass through.
- Establish the lengths of the pipes, condensation drain pipe and wiring and where they are to pass through.
- Reinforce where necessary to balance and avoid vibrations in the ceiling.
b. Select the position for the installation supports in relation to the corresponding holes in the template.
- Make four diameter 12 mm about 50 mm deep in the selected position on the ceiling.
Now insert the expansion plugs.
- Turn some of the rods towards the expansion plugs. Establish the distance of the rods from the ceiling and cut off
the excess part.
- Test to establish the length of the rods if the ceiling is very high.
