Notes:
Select different wave detection modes according to actual
application, so as to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
Optional wave detection modes: positive peak value,
negative peak value, sampling value.
Selected wave detection modes are correspondingly
displayed in parameter icons in status bar on the left of
screen.

Auto
Combination of normal wave detection and positive peak wave
detection: when span is more than 1MHz, it is in normal wave
detection mode; when span is less than or equal to 1MHz, it is
positive peak wave detection.
Normal
Positive peak value and negative peak value are alternately
displayed in this wave detection mode.
Positive peak value
Positive peak wave detection guarantees no missing of any peak
signals, beneficial for measuring signals which are very close
to noise floor.
Sampling
Sampling wave detection is beneficial for measuring noise
signals. Compared with standard wave detection mode, it is
able to better measure noise.
Negative peak value
In most situations, negative peak wave detection is used for
self-inspection of spectrum analyzer, seldom used for
measurement. It can well make modulation envelope of AM
signal reappear.
