8.1  Problem types 

 

C30VR compressor indicates the state of warning or breakdown with a buzzer sound and 
STS indicators. 

 

NOTE: 

When a problem occurs, check the status of STS indicators. Also, make sure that 

the power-supply voltage, cooling water flow rate and its temperature, helium gas 
pressure, input power cable connections, and the remote cable connections are 
all in an appropriate state.   

 

There are eight indicators called “STS” at the front panel of the compressor.  Please 
refer to Figure 8-1 for the alarm types of warnings and faults 

The alarm status code 

table shown in Figure 8-2 is labeled on the compressor body

 

NOTE:

 Ensure that all the operation command of the compressor is OFF while trouble
