THE MASSAGE
The vibration massage appliances are ideal
for anybody, but mainly for those who suffer
muscular or posture pains.
Professions which require having to sit for
many hours, or those which do not allow
much movement, produce muscular tensions
which, when nor adequately treated, can
become serious pathologies.
With ufesa’s massage appliances, you can
relax muscles, with a higher contribution of
the liquids which feed and provide them
with oxygen, thus toning muscles according
to their different functions.
These appliances are especially suitable
for athletes because they allow a quick
elimination for all the metabolics and lactic
acid produced by the organism during
physical exercices, resulting in a faster
recovery.

IMPORTANT ADVICE
Since these are electrical appliances, always
observe the following instructions:
- Read all the instructions carefully before
using the appliance.
- Do not use it while bathing or taking a
shower and do not immerse it in water.
- Never try to operate the appliance under a
blanket or pillow. This can result in dangerous
overheating.
- Never operate the appliance if it has a
damaged cord or plug.
- Unplug it when it is not being used and
before placing or removing the accessories.
- Keep children away from the appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.

HOW TO USE
Do not use more than 20 minutes at any one
time; this is enough time for a good massage.
Do not operate it
for more than an hour to avoid overheating
the motor.
Do not operate the appliance in the following
situations:
- On any area of the body which is swollen,
burnt or inflamed, or where skin eruptions or
sores are present.
- When pain is present.
- Anaesthetized areas.
- Front of the neck.
Diabetics should consult a doc tor before
using the appliance.
INFRARED LIGHT
This ligth penetrates deep into the skin, so that
the blood vessels are dilated and the flow of
blood is stimulated. Decomposition products
are more quickly re mo ved.
THERAPEUTIC APPLICATIONS
Infrared light can relieve the pain with reumatic
affections, musclar pain, we recommend that
you consult your doc tor first.
COSMETIC APPLICATION
Creams ar other skin care agents are after better
absorbed under influence on infrared light,
and are therefore most effective because the
pores in the skin will also be further opened.
The infrared heat will also help to keep
your skin healthy and clean, because of its
stimulating effect on the blood circulation.
HOW TO APPLY MASSAGE
Try to relax your muscles when applying the
massage. Gently slide the appliance along the
zone to be treated, up and down for 6 to 8
minutes.
In areas with little muscular mass use the
slow speed so as not to damage vertebrac
or tendons.
The appliance can be used through your
clothes, but it is more effective when applied
directly on the body.
INFRARED APPLICATION
Hold the radiation head onto the surface of
the skin, and gently slide, not to hold the
head stationary on one spot for mo res than
five minutes.
A 5-10 minutes application, three or four
times per day is normally recommended.
However, longer applications of up to 20
minutes are sometimes required. Allow a break
of a least 45 minutes between application.
Some redness is normal but stop the treatment
if the skin becomes too red or if you feel any
discomfort.
The use of creams before can increase the
effect of radiation and not is recommended
without the advice of a doctor.
Do not use the lamp on wet skin. When using
the head near the eyes, close your eyes.

and beauty care, mainly for areas with
little muscular mass. It has three operating
positions.

Turn the switch to position 1. Chose the
accesory you wish.
