Other factors outside the control of Uconnect
Connected Services that may limit or prevent
service delivery are hills, structures, build

ings, tunnels, weather, damage to the elec

trical system or other important parts of your
vehicle, network congestion, civil distur

bances, actions of third parties or the govern

ment, Internet failure, and/or the physical
location of your vehicle, such as in an under
-
ground parking structure or under a bridge.
Not all features are available for all models.
Uconnect Connected Services provides:
The ability to remotely lock/unlock and
remote start your vehicle from virtually
anywhere by using the downloaded App or
your computer.
Send & Go capability with the downloaded
App. Use the Official Jeep®/Chrysler/Dodge/
Ram App to easily search, map and send your
locations directly to your Uconnect Naviga
-
tion.
The ability to locate your vehicle, when you
forget where you parked, using the Vehicle
Finder function of the downloaded App.
Before you drive, familiarize yourself with the
easy-to-use Uconnect system and the features
of Uconnect Connected Services.
The ASSIST and SOS Call Buttons On Your
Rearview Mirror Or Overhead Console
The ASSIST Button is used for contacting
Roadside Assistance, Vehicle Care, and
Uconnect Connected Care. The SOS Call button
connects you directly to an operator for
assistance in an emergency.

CTIVATION
You will need to be registered at the dealership
to begin using the full potential of Uconnect
Connected Services. Your sales consultant will
register you and help you set up your Uconnect
Connected Services account and information.
Once you are registered or if you were not
registered at the dealership, you will be able to
activate Uconnect Connected Services through
your touchscreen.
To begin, in Apps Mode, press the Activate
Services button. Follow these steps to complete
activation:
1. Press the Activate button. If you would like
to more about Uconnect Connected
Services, press “Learn More”. You will be
able to activate your services from this
page as well.
2. Enter your information (first and last name
and a valid email address) on the following
page. Press “Continue” when ready.
3. The system will ask you to confirm the
information entered. If it is correct, press
“Continue”. If you need to change it, press
“Edit”.
4. Once the information if confirmed, the
system will check if the email is present
within the Connected Services system. If the
email is already registered, you will be
directed to the “Account Terms” screen. If
the entered email is not in the system or a
PIN has not been established, the system
will require the creation of a 4-digit PIN.
