2. Problems with pipes and
fluids

method, change to Z
method.
*If the sensor extension
cord is currently used,
please stop using it.
*If the problem still cannot
be solved, please
thoroughly investigate the
following reasons as the
main cause and eliminate
the cause of the fault.
Although the flow rate is
changing, the measured
value has not changed
Water dissatisfaction
Look for a part of the same
pipeline that is full of water,
and move the sensor here.
Air bubbles mixed in
Eliminate the mixing of
bubbles
When the water stops
flowing and the
measurement is in a
normal state, mixing of
bubbles is the cause of the
failure.
* Increase the water level of
the pump well.
When the sensor is
installed near the back of
the valve, cavitation
occurs, which is the same
phenomenon as air
bubbles.
*Confirm the shaft seal of
the pump.
*Tighten the flange of the
negative pressure pipeline.
