The control system incorporates a safety feature that prevents changing
programs if the door is closed

This protection is intended to prevent running an inappropriate program if the
autoclave is loaded, but the cycle is not immediately started .
If the operator, for example, inserts the load into the chamber, closes the door
and leaves the room and another operator/user tries to change the program,
the operator/user will not be able to do this unless the door is opened and the
type of load inside the chamber can be seen.
5.2. Cycle Process Description
For Unwrapped 134, Wrapped 134, Wrapped 121 cycles pre-heating
feature is available.
Preheating mode is active if the chamber is colder than 50°C. Pre-
heating starts when you close the door and press start; then air pump
creates air circulation and the jacket heating elements heat the
chamber up to 50°C. When pre-heating is over, sterilization cycle
begins automatically; there is no need to press Start again.
Inserting water into the chamber and heating by actuation of electrical
heaters until reaching the high preset air pulse.
