ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

Step 4.

Prepare the truck for mounting of the WideSpin 1540 TEC. Place the truck in

a secure location with adequate room for personnel and lifting equipment. Fully retract

the trucks hydraulic lift cylinder ram. Block the trucks wheels to avoid uncontrolled

movement and remove the key to prevent accidental starting.

Follow the truck manufacturer’s instructions for the removal of the trucks dump

box or bed. Follow the truck manufacturer’s instructions for the removal of any

optional equipment that may interfere with the safe operation or installation of

the WideSpin 1540 TEC top dresser. DO NOT remove or alter any roll over

protection (ROP) equipment or any other safety related equipment. DO NOT

attempt to connect or disconnect any hydraulic connections with the trucks

engine or hydraulic system operating.
