The counter counts upwards.

The counter value is moved to the outputs of the FGEN-XSG16-4001, Word XSG16:0.Data [1].

The counter is set to "0" by setting the variable "xReset" (BOOL) to "1". 
"xReset" has been defined and mapped to Bit IOM88:I.Data[1].0 by building an Alias in the 
Main Program :
