High h Batch 2
TM
oven generates
high heat transfer rates to rapidly cook food by
recirculating impinged air at speeds of up to 60
mph. The technology includes utilizing a variable
speed blower, oscillating rack, and catalytic
converter, resulting in minimal energy input, high
food quality, and UL
®
-certified ventless operation.
