STEP 3
•
Insert the two Short Foam Rods (11) into the holes of the Leg Extension (4).
•
Slide two Foam Rolls (12) onto each Foam Rod (11).
•
Insert one Foam Rod (10) into the holes of the Main Frame (1) and slide two Foam Rolls (12) onto each Foam Rod (10).
STEP 4
•
Attach the Seat Cushion (8) onto the Main Frame (1) using four M8 x 16 Hex Bolts (27) and four M8 Washers (30).
•
Attach the Backrest Cushion (9) onto the Backrest Adjust Tube (3) using four M8 x 38 Hex Bolts (26) and four
M8 Washers (30).
•
Install the Hook (20) to the Leg Extension Frame (4).
6. ASSEMBLY STEPS - BENCH
Recheck
all bolts and nuts are
tightened securely
before using the machine
