6. ASSEMBLY STEPS - BENCH
STEP 1
• Slide the Slide Frame (7) onto the Main Frame (1) using one PT-1B Pop Pin (22).
• Attach the Front Base Tube (6) onto the Main Frame (1) using three 3/8“ x 3/4” Hex Bolts (28) and three
3/8” Washers (29).
• Attach the Back Base Tube (2) to the Main Frame (1) using one 3/8“ x 2-5/8” Hex Bolts (24), one 3/8“ x 3/4” Hex Bolt
(28), three 3/8” Washers (29) and one 3/8” Locknut (31).
STEP 2
• Attach the Leg Extension Frame (4) to the Main Frame (1) using one 3/8“ x 3” Hex Bolt (23), two 3/8” Washers (29) and
one 3/8” Locknut (31).
• Attach one end of the Backrest Adjust Tubes (3) to the Main Frame (1) using one 3/8“ x 6” Hex Bolt (25), two 3/8”
Washers (29) and one 3/8” Locknut (31).
• Insert the end of the Adjust Frame (5) into the middle holes of each of the Backrest Adjust Tubes (3) as shown.
Attach the end of the Adjust Frame (5) onto the Slide Frame (7) using one 3/8“ x 3” Hex Bolt (23), two 3/8” Washers (29)
and one 3/8” Locknut (31).
