Terminate Protective Earth cable
Identify the large protective Earth cable from the marked cables.
Measure and cut to required length to terminate to stud located in

Terminate M8 lug to cable.
Apply green/yellow heat shrink to cable.
Apply aluminium jointing compound to the contact area.
Use an M8 spring washer and nut to fasten the cable to the earthing stud.
Tighten to 16Nm and apply a torque mark.

Terminate DC input cables
Identify and individually feed each DC power cable through its respective gland then
measure, cut, and terminate with an M10 lug.
Note:
Depending on site design, there may be up to two DC+ and two DC- cables. To
maintain device IP rating, ensure that unused holes are appropriately sealed.
Apply copper jointing compound to the mating surfaces.
Use an M10 spring washer and nut to fasten the cable to the stud.
Tighten to 30 Nm and apply torque marks.
