The motherboard is compliant with version 1.2 of the Trusted Computing Group specification for Trusted
Platform Modules via the us of the Atmel

ATC97SC3203 TPM.
Battery
A built-in lithium battery is provided, for ten years of data retention for CMOS memory.
CAUTION:
There is a danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace it only with the
same or equivalent type recommended by the manufacturer. Dispose of used batteries according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
System BIOS Setup Utility
The System BIOS is an AMIBIOS8

with a ROM-resident setup utility. The BIOS Setup Utility allows you
to select to the following categories of options:

Advanced Setup
PCIPnP Setup
Boot Setup
Security Setup
Chipset Setup
Exit
Each of these options allows you to review and/or change various setup features of your system. Additional
