Destination Port
Specify the port number of the service. When using this service, the
clients can access the specific resources without authentication.
Leaving the field empty means that clients can access the specific
resources no matter what service they are using.

Check the box to enable the policy.

and subnet mask of the external web server as the
Destination IP Range
. As for
Source IP Range,
Source MAC Address
and
Destination Port
, you can simply keep them as empty or configure them
according to your actual needs.
