3. VGA OUT 2: Connect to a VGA display or the VGA IN port on the TX unit of the VGA
CAT5e extender (CV-927D) with a VGA cable.
4. VGA IN: Connect to a PC (VGA source device) or the VGA OUT port on the RX unit of
the VGA CAT5e extender (CV-927D) with a VGA cable.
CV-105 (Kit EK-10)
The CV-105 DVI / Audio to HDMI Converter provides an easy and instant approach for
converting digital video (DVI-D) and both digital audio (S/PDIF) and analog stereo audio
to digital HDMI. With this module, DVI-based devices such as PC with S/PDIF or analog
stereo audio can readily connect to an HDMI TV.
CV-105 Input/Output Panels
1. S/PDIF IN: 2 channel digital S/PDIF audio input.
2. Stereo IN: 2 channel analog audio input.
3. DVI IN: Connect to the dual view video processor [P/N: 700246-001 (MX-1003BB)] with
a DVI male-male cable.
4. HDMI OUT: Connect to a HDMI display or projector with a HDMI male-male cable or a
TX unit of the HDMI CAT5e extender [P/N: 700243-001 (CV-57BB)]
5. Status: Bright
− in operation and connected to a HDMI display; blink − in EDID learning
process; dark − either not in operation or in operation but connected to a DVI display
6. Rotary Control:
• 0 = Analog audio mode
• 1 = S/PDIF audio mode
