High pile feeder does not require many adjustment depending on the stock weight. The adjustment of the sheet separator (20) is always
required in order to avoid double sheet feeding.

The sheet separator knob (19) is used to adjust the gap between the sheet separator and the feeding belt. Turn the knob clockwise to
widen the feeding gap and turn it counter clockwise to reduce the feeding gap
The feeder is equipped with 2 side guides that needs to be adjusted accordingly to the paper width in order to make sure the paper stack
will be centred on the feeding belt.
In case the paper length will require it table extension can be used.

1. Adjust the lamination roll micro-perforation device on the very left-hand side edge of the roll (looking at the machine from the feeder),
in case double side lamination is required, activate and adjust the lower roller micro-perforation device also.
