Executing the Diagnostic Test
Toshiba MS-DOS is required to run the T1900/T1900C diagnostics program. To start the
program, follow these steps:
1.
Turn on the computer and allow it to
boot from the A: drive
.
2.
Insert the T1900/T1900C Diagnostics disk in the computer’s internal floppy disk
drive.
3.
At the system prompt (A:), type
TESTCE19
, and press
Enter
.
The following menu will appear:

DIAGNOSTICS MENU :
1 - DIAGNOSTIC TEST
2 - HARD DISK FORMAT

8 - SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
9 - EXIT TO MS-DOS
0 - SETUP

NOTE:
To exit the T1900/T1900C DIAGNOSTIC TEST menu, press the
Esc
key.
If a test program is in progress, press
Ctrl + Break
to exit the test program, or
press
Ctrl + C
to stop the program.
