Sub-battery and VGA Board
Removing the Sub-battery and VGA Board
To remove the sub-battery and VGA board, follow the steps below and refer to figures 4-20
to 4-23.
1.
Turn the computer's power off. Disconnect the AC power cord and all external
cables connected to the computer.
2.
Remove the battery pack, optional PCMCIA card, optional memory module,
diskette drive or CD ROM drive, HDD, and keyboard as described in sections 4.2,
through 4.8.
3.
Disconnect the
sub-battery
from
PJ503
and remove the battery.

Remove
two M2.5x6 screws
securing the
metal cover
and remove the cover.
