FL assembly

 out of its groove on the mold frame.

Installing the TFT FL (Model 15.0 Samsung) 

To install the model 15.0 TFT FL (Manufacturer:  Samsung), follow the steps below and 
refer to Figures 4-132 to 4-139. 

1. Seat the 

FL

 in its groove on the mold frame. 

2. Lay the 

back cover

 on the mold frame and secure it with 

two screws

. 

3. Lay 

six sheets

 on the back light assembly and secure them with 

two clips, one screw

 

and 

one strip of sheet tape

. 

4. Seat the 

panel assembly

 on the 

back light assembly

. 

5. Seat the 

top chassis

 and secure it with 

eight hooks

. 

6.  Secure the chassis with 

five screws

 and 

wire tape

. 

7.  Secure the PCB with 

two screws

. 

8. Apply the 

PCB cover

 and 

aluminum tape

 to the module.
