Installing the TFT FL (Model 15.0 LG.PHILIPS) 

To install the TFT FL (Model 15.0 LG.PHILIPS), follow the steps below and refer to figures 
4-128 to 4-131. 

1.  Connecting of Lamp Ass’y with Double Tape (Lamp housing fixing) 

2.  Connecting of Lamp Ass’y with Mold frame and Connecting Low voltage wire with 

Mold frame. Pressure or stress should not be given on wire during this process. 

3.  Connecting of Cover bottom (L) with Double Tape (Grounding) 

4.  Assembly of Cover bottom (L) and Screw. Maximum value of torque with Screw 

should be below 2.0kgf.cm 

5.  Assembly of Sheets and Light guide. No penetration of foreign body is indispensable 

with no scratch on the surface. Of each Sheet and Light guide. 

6.  Assembly of Tape adhesive and Mold Clip used for Sheets fixing 

7.  Assembly of Board Ass’y . Pressure or stress should not be given on PCB and TCP
