Installing the TFT FL (Model 14.1 Toshiba)

To install the TFT FL (Model 14.1 Toshiba), follow the steps below and refer to Figures 4-
107 to 4-112.

1. Install the U-shaped hook of the high-voltage side of the reflector into the frame.

2. Apply one strip of double-faced tape to the center of the reflector.

3. Fit the low-voltage FL cable into the frame.

4. Install the reflective sheet and the light guide.

5. Install four lens sheets.

6. Check the module as shown below.

The prism sheets or others
must not lie on the frame.

Secure the tab on the prism sheets firmly
with the sheet-holding tape.

The double-faced tape

The prism sheets or others
must not lie on the frame.

The GND cable and GND shrink tube must not protrude
beyond the groove on the frame.

The prism sheets or others
must not lie on the frame.

Insert the tab on the prism sheets firmly
into the frame.
