4  Replacement Procedures

8.  Apply the PCB insulation sheet (1). 

9.  Apply two strips of tape (2) to the lower part of the frame (lamp side). 

10. Secure the FL cable with tape. 

CAUTION

:  1.  Be sure to refer to the figure below. 

 

2.  When you apply tape and the insulation sheet, be careful not to damage 

the tab or the lamp cable.  

 

Align to the edge of the frame.

Align both the edges
of the top frame and the sheet.

Apply inside the indentations
of the top frame.

Apply inside the frame.

These corners must meet.

Apply inside the indentation on the top frame.

Align to the edge of the module.

Must not protrude beyond the surface of the top frame.

Cover the outlet
of the cable with the rubber cap.

Align both the edges
of the top frame and the sheet.

Must not protrude
beyond the surface of the module.
