Recovery transmission
Recovery Transmission allows you to retransmit a document after failing the initially specified
number of redial attempts.
y Confirm that the recovery transmission function is active on the Function List. ( P.240
“Function list”)
y Recovery transmission setting ( P.185 “Recovery transmission”)
Performing recovery transmission

Press the [FAX] button on
the control panel.

Press the key.
y Screen to select a job appears.
y If any job has not been retained
in memory, the LCD screen
returns to the basic screen after
displaying the screen on the
right for about 2 seconds.

Select the desired job
using the
or button.

To transmit the selected job
Press the [START] button.

To display the detailed informa-
tion of the job and to correct the
telephone number, press the
button.

When the use of the equipment
is managed under the depart-
ment management: You cannot
designate a job of other depart-
ment. In this case, the screen on
the right appears for about 2
seconds and returns to the
screen to select a job.
