Any open-circuited harness between

Adjust output and correct circuit, or replace defec-
tive transformer.
Check/correct developer sleeve coupling engaging.
Check EPU sliding mechanism.
Check/correct developer drive system.
Remove foreign matter from developer material, if
any.
Adjust developer pole position.
Adjust gap with doctor-sleeve jig.
Check that drum shaft is inserted.
Check drum drive system.
Re-connect connectors securely.
Replace harness.
