PC connection check
1
Start the browser software of the PC to be connected.

Enter http://the controller's IP address/index.html in the address bar of the browser, and
check that the logon window is displayed.
3
After entering TCC in User Name and TCC in Password, click “Logon” and make sure that
you can successfully logon.

NG1:
Network Error
1) Check if the browser proxy is correctly set.

NG2:
The server is not found.
1) Check if the network wiring is correctly installed. (Refer
to “15-1. Network Wiring”)
2) Check if the PC’s IP address is correct.
(Refer to “15-2. PC’s IP Address”)
3) Check if the controller's IP address is correct. (Refer to
“15-3. Controller’s IP Address”)

OK:
The logon window is
displayed.
1) Proceed to the logon check.
Error message

NG1:
The dialog message,
“Logon failed.” appears.
1) The user name or password entered are incorrect.
Logon again with all the characters in upper case.
×
NG2:
The dialog message “No
response from the
server.” or “The system
is being prepared.”
appears.
1) The controller is being initialized during the startup
process. Wait for 5 minutes and logon again.

NG3:
The dialog message
“The system is stopped.”
appears.
1) Close the browser and turn off the controller. Wait for
30 seconds and turn on the controller. Wait for 5
minutes and logon again.
2) If the dialog message “The system is stopping.”
appears again, initialize the setting file with the Setting
File Creation Software and turn off the controller.Wait
for 30 seconds and turn on the controller. Wait for 5
minutes and logon again.
3) When successfully logging on after the initialization,
upload again the setting file created, and check that
you can logon.

The list window displays
the indoor units set in the
setting file.
1) Proceed to the next check.
