Disassembly and Replacement

[A] Control Panel

(1) Open the control panel.

(2) Remove the left, middle and right inner covers

(3 screws for each).

(3) Disconnect the connector inserted into the

copier frame.

(4) Remove the 3 screws fixing the control panel.

(5) Remove the control panel upwards.

(6) Disconnect the connector.

(7) Remove the 5 locking supports and screw.

(8) Disconnect the 7 connectors, and remove the

PC board.

(9) Remove the toothed screw and aluminum sheet

(2 places).

(10) Remove the 4 screws and bracket.

(11) Remove the 8 screws and LCD board.

(12) Remove the 9 screws and KEY board.

(13) Remove the 4 screws and LCD.
