Drive the machine, then park the machine on a
level surface, engage the parking brake, shut off
the engine, and remove the key.

Verify that the track deflection is 12.7 mm (1/2
inch) as shown in

Replace the tracks when they are badly worn.
1.
Park the machine on a level surface, engage the
parking brake, and lower the loader arms.
2.
Shut off the engine and remove the key.
3.
Lift/support the side of the unit to be worked on
so that the track is 7.6 to 10 cm (3 to 4 inches)
off the ground.
4.
Remove the locking bolt and nut (

5.
Using a 1/2-inch drive ratchet, release the
drive tension by turning the tensioning screw
clockwise (

Pull the 2 large washers out of the outer wheels,

Clean the old grease and dirt out of the area
between where the washers were installed and
the bearings inside the wheels, then fill this area
on each side of each wheel with grease.

Install the large washers on the wheels over the
grease.
12.
Install the new track. (

Note:
Ensure that the lugs in the track fit
between the spacers in the middle of the drive
sprocket.
13.
Install the outer front wheel and secure it with
the nut removed previously (
).
14.
Torque the nut to 300 ft-lb (407 N∙m).
15.
Turn the tensioning screw counter-clockwise
until the tensioning screw bottoms out (
