Manifold Valve

Remove clamps and gaskets that secure the
manifold for the rate control valve (
).

Retain the clamp(s) and gasket(s) for

Remove the 2 flanged-head bolts and 2 flanged
locknuts that secure the rate control valve to
the valve mount and remove the valve manifold
from the machine (

Note:
If necessary, loosen the mounting
hardware for the pressure filter head to ease
removal of the rate control valve..
Removing the Agitation Manifold
Valve
1.
Remove clamps and gaskets that secure the
manifold for the agitation valve (
) to
the agitation bypass valve, rate control valve,
master boom valve, and adapter fitting (agitation
throttle valve).
Note:
Retain the clamp(s) and gasket(s) for
