Maintenance Safety
•
Before adjusting, cleaning, repairing, or leaving the machine, do the following:
– Park the machine on a level surface.
– Move the throttle switch to the low-idle position.
– Lower the attachment.
– Ensure that the traction is in neutral.
– Engage the parking brake.
– Shut off the engine and remove the key.
– Wait for all moving parts to stop.
– Allow machine components to cool before performing maintenance.

If possible, do not perform maintenance while the engine is running. Keep away from moving parts.
•
Use jack stands to support the machine or components when required.
•
Carefully release pressure from components with stored energy.

After the first 50 hours
• Change the engine oil and filter.
Before each use or daily
• Check the safety-interlock system.
• Check the engine-oil level.
• Check the condition of the hydraulic lines and hoses.
• Check the hydraulic-fluid level.
After each use
• Clean the machine.
Every 50 hours
• Grease the bearings and bushings. Grease the bearings and bushings after every
washing.
• Check the tire pressure.
Every 100 hours
• Change the engine oil and filter.
Every 200 hours
• Check the spark plug(s).
• Change the fuel filter.
Every 250 hours
• Replace the air filter.
Every 300 hours
• Change the hydraulic filter.
• Change the hydraulic fluid.
Every 500 hours
• Replace the spark plug.
Every 1,000 hours
• Replace the belt.
Monthly
• Torque the wheel lug nuts.
