Maintenance and cleaning
Remove the lithium
– polymer storage battery before starting maintenance and
cleaning.

Replacement of the holding platelet
Loosen the screw of the strap guiding plate (fig. 9.1.1), then loosen the two screws of the
holding platelet (fig. 9.1.2). Following that, the holding platelet can be removed and
replaced with a new one (fig. 9.1.3). Fastening in the reverse order.

Replacement of the oscillation welding platelet
Unscrew the protective cover (fig.9.2.1), loosen the headless screw (fig. 9.2.2), and remove
it (fig. 9.2.3). Then, press against the oscillation welding platelet from the back. The Platelet
then drops into the small pair of tongs available on the other side; following that, it can be
removed and replaced. Replacement is implemented in the reverse order.

Cleaning work zone
Remove the plastic strap residues from tensioning roll, welding platelet and tensioning
platelet, e.g. by means of compressed air, at regular intervals, depending on use.
