THE STERILISER:
The steriliser is a practical, money-saving and swift solution for sterilising most types of feeding bottle. The device sterilises up
to 5 bottles and accessories in 3 minutes at 1000 W - 1300 W.
The steriliser includes:
1 cover
햲
, 1 bottle-holder
햳
, 1 vat
햴
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before placing the products in the device, it is important to make sure that all bottles, teats and accessories are empty and clean,
and that they have been thoroughly washed with cold water.
1. Carefully wash and rinse bottles and accessories.
2. Once the bottles are washed, you may place them in the bottle holder to drain.
3. Remove the cover of the steriliser: twist the cover to the left holding the vat steady.
4. Remove the bottle-holder.
5. Pour 200 ml of water into the bottom of the vat using the measuring lines of a bottle.
6. To sterilise 4 bottles, there are 2 possibilities:
a. Place the bottles in position, upside down, in the 4 bottle holder slots.
b. If the bottles do not fit, place 2 bottles in the slots face-to-face and the others lying in the remaining space.
Next, place the accessories in the remaining spaces. You are advised to fit the teats into the rings during sterilisation so as to
avoid any subsequent contamination from finger contact.
- To sterilise 5 bottles, remove the bottle holder and lay 5 bottles in the vat once the holder has been removed.
7. Replace the cover of the steriliser. To close the cover, line up the upper and lower parts of each side-handle and slide the cover
into the notches on the right to lock (figure 2).
8. Place the steriliser in your microwave oven;
9. Heat on full power (1 300 W maximum) according to the table below. Do not sterilise for longer than 7 minutes.
10. IMPORTANT: Wait for 2 minutes before removing the steriliser from the microwave to avoid any risk of burning. For added
security, move the device by holding the vat in both hands. Do not carry it by simply holding the flower handle on top of the cover.
11. Wash the steriliser with soapy water between each use to prevent a build-up of limescale. The steriliser is dishwasher com-
patible.
NB:
the contents remain sterile for 24 hours
if the cover of the steriliser is not removed.
RECOMMANDATIONS FOR CLEANING:
- Avoid using anti-limescale products, chemical sterilising solutions, or abrasive materials to clean the device, or you might
damage it.
- The vat, cover and bottle holder are all dishwasher-compatible and can also be washed with hot soapy water.
IMPORTANT:
- The steriliser is very hot when removed from the microwave oven. Make sure you wear gloves to remove the steriliser or wait
several minutes to allow the device to cool down.
- Handle the steriliser with care as it contains very hot water.
- Take care when opening the cover to avoid any risk of steam burns.
- Do not leave the steriliser within the reach of children, particularly when it has just been used. Children must be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the device.
- Only sterilise materials that are resistant to high temperatures and that are suitable for microwave ovens. Never put metallic
objects into a microwave oven. Beware, some plastics or glass products may contain metallic particles.
- If you have a combination microwave oven, make sure the steriliser is not exposed to the heat of the grill.
- Only use the steriliser on flat surfaces.
- Suitable for microwave ovens of 500 to 1 300 W.
- Do not place the device on or near hot surfaces, in the oven, or near electric or gas cookers.
