 Radiation Protection System Uncrating Instructions

Unpack the Boom Arm Assembly

CAUTION: HEAVY EQUIPMENT 

Use care when handling the Boom Arm. The Boom Arm weighs ~ 40 

pounds (18 kilograms). 

1.    Remove the screws holding the Boom Arm Straps (shown in red, 1 on each end) 

to the Crate Supports. 

2.    Remove the Boom Arm Assembly (two people recommended). Lift Boom Arm 

Assembly uniformly. 

Beware of collisions with other objects.
