Uncrating the System – Floor Unit 

(ZGM-6-5H)

CAUTION! HEAVY EQUIPMENT 

Crate includes heavy interior ramp which must be lowered to the ground 

by two people. The body shield assembly weighs ~ 54 pounds (24.5 

kilograms) and must also be removed and handled by two people. Use 

care when handling the base. The base weighs ~ 660 pounds (300 

kilograms) and is not intended to be lifted. 

 

1.    Position crate with 12 feet (3.7 meters) of floor space in front to accommodate 

lowering the inner ramp (Figure 5). 

2.    Untwist three (3) steel clasps on left side of door.
