Alarm Tone
You may change the alarm tone for the front window directly on the main “Alarms Settings” screen by just tapping
on the drop-down list labeled Alarm Tone and selecting one of the three options.
NOTICE
The naming of the options may differ in each country.
Proceed as follows to change the Alarm Tone:
1. Tap the
Settings
icon on the navigation bar.
2. Tap the
Alarms
button on the “Settings” screen.
Alternatively, you can also tap the
Alarm
icon on the navigation bar to open the “Alarms Settings” screen.
3. Tap the
Alarm Tone
drop-down menu and choose an option.
The selected alarm tone will play briefly.
Save your changes or change any other desired option on the “Alarms Settings” screen.
High and Low Temperature Alarms
You may change the high and low temperature alarm thresholds (refrigerated models only) for the centrifugation
chamber temperature on the main “Alarms Settings” screen by tapping on the drop-down lists labeled “High
Temperature Alarm” and “Low Temperature Alarm” and selecting one of the three options. The alarm threshold
is set relative to the temperature setpoint and shifts every time you change the temperature setpoint.
Proceed as follows to change the High and Low Temperature Alarms:
1. Tap the
Settings
icon on the navigation bar.
2. Tap the
Alarms
button on the settings screen.
Alternatively, you can also tap the
Alarm
icon on the navigation bar to open the “Alarms Settings” screen.
3. Tap the
High and Low Temperature Alarms
drop-down menu and choose an option.
The selected “High or Low Temperature Alarm” threshold is activated now.
4. Save your changes or change any other desired option on the “Alarms Settings” screen.
Snooze Timeout
You may set the timeout period during which an alarm is temporarily silenced when you tap the
Snooze
button
directly on the main “Alarms Settings” screen. This is done by tapping on the drop-down list labeled “Snooze
Timeout” and selecting one of the three periods.
Proceed as follows to change the Snooze Timeout period:
1. Tap the
Settings
icon on the navigation bar.
2. Tap the
Alarms
button on the “Settings” screen.
Alternatively, you can tap the
Alarm
icon on the navigation bar to open the “Alarms Settings” screen.
3. Tap the
Snooze Timeout
drop-down menu and choose the period for which an alarm is silenced by the
Snooze
button.
The time period in the “Snooze Timeout” drop-down will change to the new setting.
4. Save your changes or change any other desired option on the “Alarms Settings” screen.
