If system still leaks,
contact R&P.
Pinch the hose
upstream of the in-line
filter in the hub and
repeat leak test.
Leak test pass?
Check fittings and
hoses on valve manifold.If
no problem is found, replace
the corresponding valve.

SYSTEM LEAK TROUBLESHOOTING FLOW CHART
Leak test still fails
Ensure the downtube
is properly and fully
installed into the hub
or satellite.
Ensure that the flow
audit adapter is not
damaged.
POWER FAILURE ERROR FLOW CHART
Pinch the hose downstream
of the sample filter in the hub
or satellite and repeat leak
test.
Pinch the hose
downstream of the in-
line filter in the hub and
repeat leak test.
Leak test pass?
Problem is in hose attachments to
the in-line filter or the filter itself.
Yes
No
Check fittings on mass flow
controller assembly.If no problem
is found, replace the assembly.
Check fittings on
underside of the
sample filter.
Install a new filter cassette
and sample filter and
repeat leak test.
Error Code
“E”
The power has been
interrupted to the system
during sampling.
Program will continue
after power has been
restored.
Resume normal
operation.
The “E” error code will be
displayed on the main
screen until the instrument is
put into stop mode.
