time of run completion if needed.
The Ion Chef
™
Instrument provides two options for obtaining a quality control (QC) sample that
can be used to evaluate templating efficiency. Depending on your selection, the QC sample will
be made available either during or after the run. In either case, you can obtain unenriched sample
from the Library Sample Tube at Position A on the Reagents cartridge, or enriched sample from
Position E on the Enrichment Cartridge v2.
