full power Air cleaner or intake system clogged Clean air intake system; clean and refill
oil reservoir on oil bath air cleaner; or
replace dry air cleaner filter
Fuel tank vent clogged Unclog vent
Clogged fuel tank or fuel lines Clean fuel tank and fuel lines
Speed adjustment wrong Adjust speed
Insufficient fuel volume leaving filter(s) Check for dirty filter or air in system
Injection pump timing off Adjust timing
Nozzles defective Repair or replace nozzles
