BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
D. Rear Panel 24V or 115V Circuit Breaker(s) Trips
1. Faulty feeder/remote device
a.Verify operation of external feeder device and replace if necessary.
2. The wiring of 14pin receptacle is in error.
a. Install and connect 14pin receptacle according to
APPENDIX A
of this manual.
E. No output, although the error message is not displayed.
1. 'CONTACTOR' selector in 'REMOTE' with no remote contactor
connected
a. Operate LCD panel and turn the 'CONTACTOR' on, or connect a
remote receptacle.
2. Faulty Remote Control Device
a. Operate LCD panel. Set 'A/V' to 'PANEL' and turn
'CONTACTOR' on. Under that condition, if you can adjust output
current by 'Amperage/Voltage Control (1)', please replace the
remote control device.
F. Low of Maximum Weld Output With No Control
1. Faulty remote control device
a. Operate LCD panel. Set 'A/V' to 'PANEL' and turn
'CONTACTOR' on. Under that condition, if you can adjust output
current by 'Amperage/Voltage Control (1)', please replace the
remote control device.
G. No 115VAC or 24VAC at 14-Pin Connector
1. Rear panel circuit breaker are tripped
a.
Reset rear panel circuit breakers.
2. The wiring of 14pin receptacle is in error.
a. Install and connect 14pin receptacle according to
APPENDIX
A of this manual.
