HD Audio Interface

The HD Audio interface is under the control of the ALC889 codec that communi-
cates with the CPU through the AC97/HDA link available on the COMExpress

®

Type 1 interface. Only a subset of the codec is used, Line1/Mic1 In, and Line1 Out.
Selection between Line In and Mic In is done by solder bead setting, which setting is
readable by software.
