chimney to combustible materials have been
followed.
6. The masonry chimney has been inspected by a
professional and is clean, or the factory built
zero clearance fireplace is installed according to
the manufacturer’s instructions.
7. A grounded power outlet with a surge protector
is available nearby without having to use an
extension cord.
