Fan 7-pole plug connection
Important
Fan plug connection must be made before the mains connec-
tion.
Connect the two 7-pole plugs.
Open the plug retainer on the 7-pole connection (fan) of the hob
and attach the 7-pole mating connector of the fan (e) until it
engages. Close the plug retainer again.
Important
The appliance must be disconnected from the power supply
before the plug connection is opened again. Connection to the
mains can only be made when the plugs have been reconnec-
ted.
The hob may not be switched on before the mating connector
of the fan has been securely connected and the plug retainer
closed.
Optional plasma filter 4-pole plug connection
Important
The plug retainer and protective cover may only be removed
when the appropriate plasma fi lter (optional) is connected. Plas-
ma plug connection must be made before the mains connection
Connect the two 4-pole plugs for the plasma connection (opti-
onal).
Open the plug retainer on the 4-pole plug (plasma) of the hob
and remove the protective cover. Then attach the 4-pole mating
connector of the plasma fi lter (g) until it is fi rmly engaged. Close
the plug retainer again.
Important
The appliance must be disconnected from the power supply
before the plug connection is opened again. Connection to the
mains can only be made when the plugs have been reconnec-
ted.
The hob may not be switched on before the mating connector
of the plasma (optional) has been securely connected and the
plug retainer closed.
If the plasma fi lter is removed again later on, the 4-pole plug of
the hob must be securely closed with the protective cover and
the plug retainer.
