Move the machine onto flat and dry flooring.

Press the emergency switch (Traction) or switches into position "0" (Pad Assist).

3

Lift and turn the top dirty water tank.

Isolate and disconnect the power connector 

A

 to the suction motor, see Figure 19.

5

Remove the top cap

 on the suction motor; this operation can be performed without removing the

air exhaust pipe.

To remove the cap
