30. Reinstall the vacuum fan. See TO
REPLACE SCRUBBING VACUUM FAN
instructions in this section.
31. Reinstall the vacuum fan transition tube
assembly and squeegee hose using the
three M6 pan head screws and washers.
Tighten to 11 – 14 Nm (7 – 10 ft lb).
32. Reinstall the squeegee assembly to the
machine. See INSTALLING THE
SQUEEGEE instructions in this section.
33. Position the squeegee lift assembly back
onto the back, left side of the solution tank.
Reinstall the one M6 pan head screw, one
M6 flat head screw, and one M8 hex screw.
Tighten the M6 screws to 11 – 14 Nm
(7 – 10 ft lb). Tighten the M8 screw to
18 – 24 Nm (15 – 20 ft lb).
34. Route the electrical harness on the machine.
Make sure to follow the same path as it
came out. Reinstall the two clamps in the
battery compartment. Hand tighten the
hardware.
35. Position the instrument panel mount
assembly onto the solution tank. Reinstall
the two M6 pan head screws and M6 ,two
flat head screws. Tighten to 11 – 14 Nm
(7 – 10 ft lb).
36. Reconnect the transaxle drive motor, scrub
brush motor, vacuum fan, vacuum fan
switch, ES
pump, and Power Wand pump
to the main harness. See schematic in the
ELECTRICAL section of this manual.
37. Reinstall the batteries into the machine. See
schematic in the ELECTRICAL section of
this manual for proper cable connections.
38. Reinstall the recovery tank onto the solution
tank. See TO INSTALL RECOVERY TANK
instructions in this section.
39. Plug the batteries in, close the recovery
tank, start the machine and check all
systems for proper operation.
