OPTIONAL POWER WAND
The power wand uses the machine’s vacuum and,
solution systems. The power wand allows
scrubbing of floors that are out of reach of the
machine.
TO REPLACE POWER WAND PUMP
FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or Servicing
Machine; Stop On Level Surface, Set Parking
Brake, Turn Off Machine And Remove Key.
1. Tilt the recovery tank up.
NOTE: Drain the recovery tank.
2. Drain the solution tank.
3. Lower the scrub head.
4. Locate the power wand pump, up and
behind the scrub brush motor.
5. Disconnect the pump from the main
harness.
6. Loosen the worm drive clamp on the small
hose going to the inlet side of the pump.
This is the bottom fitting. Remove the hose.
7. Loosen the worm drive clamp on the small
hose going to the outlet side of the pump.
This is the top fitting. Remove the hose.
8. Remove the two M6 pan head screws
holding the power wand pump mount
bracket to the solution tank. Remove the
pump and bracket from the machine.
9. Remove the three pan head screws holding
the pump to the mount bracket. Remove the
pump from the bracket. Note the orientation
of the pump to the bracket.
