Return Material Authorization (RMA) Procedure
If your Lightspeed Server needs service of any kind, regardless of whether you
purchased it from Telestream or an authorized reseller, contact Telestream directly for

Provide your organization name and contact information, the serial number of the
inoperative unit, and request a Return Material Authorization.
Before returning your Lightspeed Server, Telestream recommends that you back up the
entire contents of all server drives. See
